How do I find my bjupress.com account number?

Your BJU Press account number can be found:

--On packing slips from previous shipments
--On invoices
--On mailing labels - If you have received a mailing (catalog or brochure) from BJU Press, your account number is on the first line. Be sure to drop any initial zeros and any letters or dashes after the number.

What if I forgot my password?

Your password can be automatically reset in one of three ways:

If you have already registered with us and entered your Mother's maiden name information, you can reset your own password by going to the Forgot Your Password? link on the Login page. You will receive an email with your new password information. Please make sure that bjupinfo@bjupress.com is in your email favorites box.
You can also contact Customer Services by phone or e-mail. A representative will reset your password for you. You will receive an email with your new password information. Please make sure that bjupinfo@bjupress.com is in your email favorites box.

What if my password or user ID does not work?

There are a couple of things you can try first:

The login system is case sensitive. Be sure your caps lock key is off.
Be sure there are no blank spaces at the beginning or end or embedded within your login id or password. Be sure to drop any initial zeros and any letters or dashes after your account number (if that is still your login id).
If you still have the email from bjupinfo.com confirming your registration, your user ID and password information are listed there for your reference. Either copy and paste from the memo, or carefully retype the information on the login page.
If you cannot log in after trying those steps, please e-mail or call Customer Services for additional assistance.

Why am I getting a duplicate account warning, and what should I do?

This is telling you that the system found an account already set up that appears to have the same address information that you used to register. This is for your protection and to help BJU Press maintain a single account for each customer so that his or her order history is readily available. To correct the problem, you have two options:

Option 1 (recommended) Accept the warning and, when prompted, choose the one account that properly matches your personal information.

Option 2: Ignore the warning and continue with your order. BJU Press will review the information on both accounts and if in fact they are complete duplicates, they will merge the information you entered to the original account. Your user ID and password will remain the same.

I'm getting an error that will not allow me to check out. What should I do?

First try any one of the following steps
Click the browser back history list (the down arrow next to the Back button) and select the top entry on the list. Then try to check out again.
Click on the browser back history list (the down arrow next to the Back button) and select the BJUPress.com - Home entry if there is one. Then try to check out again.
Close your browser window, open a new session and enter your order again.

Nothing seems to happen when I submit the order from the payment page.

There are many different internet browsers and they vary in their functionality. In some cases, your browser may not be compatible with the bjupress.com site. Please check the type and version of the browser you are using and compare it to the list of supported browsers shown below. If you are not running one of the supported browsers or versions, it may be helpful to upgrade.

How do I order a free catalog?

You can order a catalog online on our catalogs page. You will be required to logon to the website before you can complete your request for the catalog.

From that page, you can also download a .pdf file of any of our catalogs or order forms. The .pdf files and a link to download Adobe Acrobat Reader if it is not already installed on your computer (you will need it to read the .pdf files).

Can I access my account balance online?

Your current and past orders are available for viewing and tracking online. However, your overall account balance is not available at this time.

Can I check my Cash for College balance online?

Yes, you can. You have to be logged in to see the balance. If you are logged in right now, click the Home tab on this page. On the Home page, click the My Account link to see your balance.

How do you protect my privacy?

How do I get the discounted prices I was offered?

If you are setup as a church or school account, you get discounted pricing automatically when you place your order either by phone, email or online. However, the Customer Service Department must handle many discounts either by email or by phone. Examples include any early order discounts or those identified by codes in a specific catalog issue. Any shipping discrepancies or damages/defects must be reported within 10 days from receipt of the materials and should be returned within 30 days after notifying BJU Press. How do I track my order?

You will need to log in to the website in order to view or track orders online. If you are logged in right now, click the Home tab on this page. From the Home page, click the My Account link. Under the Track Orders bullet, you can type your order number, then click the Search button. If you do not have your order number, clicking View All Orders will show you a summary of your past orders. At the Order History (summary) page, click on the yellow track button and then click on the tracking number.
