Mechanical license
When you are making an audio recording of a SoundForth copyrighted song, you need a mechanical license.
DPD (digital permanent download) license
When you wish to make a song available for individual download on the Internet, you need a DPD license, similar to a mechanical license.
Photocopy permission
When you would like to make copies of only one individual anthem from a SoundForth choral collection, you need photocopy permission.

Print license
When you are making printed copies of a SoundForth copyrighted composition or arrangement in a book or other printed publication, you need a print license.
Permission to arrange, revoice, transpose, transcribe, or translate
When you want to arrange, revoice, transpose, transcribe, or translate a SoundForth copyrighted publication, you need permission.
Permission to copy for competition (judges’ copies)
When you need to make judges’ copies for a competition, you need permission. The copies must be destroyed following the competition.
Synchronization license
When you use a SoundForth copyrighted song in a motion picture, video, DVD, or anything that ‘synchronizes’ audio with visual, you need a synchronization license.
Orchestration license
If you would like to orchestrate one of SoundForth’s copyrighted publications, you need an orchestration license. To see a list of available orchestrations, please go to www.sacredaudio.com.

SoundForth is a member of CCLI and OneLicense.net. Both of these organizations provide easy ways to license music for your worship service.
